How to use Radio Button Group Generator
Radio buttons are for one choice from a short, known list: a plan, budget range, contact method, or preference. A group is defined by a shared name and distinct values, not by visual styling.
Give the question a group
Wrap related options in fieldset and provide a legend that states the question. Keep each option's label clickable and make the submitted values stable enough for reporting and routing.
<fieldset>
<legend>Preferred contact method</legend>
<label><input type="radio" name="contact_method"
value="email" required /> Email</label>
<label><input type="radio" name="contact_method"
value="phone" /> Phone</label>
</fieldset> Choose radio over select
Show radio options when the list is short and seeing the alternatives helps a decision. For longer lists, a select menu keeps the form compact; for independent choices, use checkboxes instead.
<label><input type="radio" name="plan"
value="pro" /> Pro — $29/month</label>
