Yes. Pro and Lifetime include 10,000 submissions per month. Business includes 32,000 submissions per month and unlimited workspaces.
What happens if a free form receives more than 250 submissions?
Free workspaces are capped at 250 accepted submissions per month. Upgrade to Pro or Lifetime before launch if the form is expected to receive production traffic.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. Pro and Business support monthly and yearly billing through Stripe. Yearly billing is priced at ten months of monthly service.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Lifetime purchases include a 30-day direct refund window. Monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions can be cancelled from the billing portal before the next renewal.
How do upgrades work?
Paid plans use Stripe Checkout from the dashboard billing page. Existing customers can manage payment details and cancellations through Stripe Billing Portal.
