FormsFort keeps support workflows tied to redacted metadata. Start with a request ID whenever possible so operators can diagnose delivery without asking for raw submission content.

Delivery issue

Use the returned request ID, then inspect form events and email deliveries from the dashboard.

Billing or plan change

Request a plan review from the dashboard billing page. Operators can assign manual entitlements with audit logs.

Spam or abuse report

Send the source IP, domain, request ID, timestamp, and repeated message text so support can add an exact abuse rule.

Account deletion

Submit the deletion request from profile settings and acknowledge the retention warning.

Support checklist

Include these identifiers when asking for help. Do not send passwords, full access keys, captcha secrets, OAuth tokens, or raw form payloads.
